ARTISOFT ANNOUNCES TECHTALKS TRAINING FORUM

Dec. 10-11 Conference in Tucson Offers Sales, Marketing, Technical
Training for Customers and Resellers

(TUCSON, AZ--Nov. 28, 1994)--Artisoft, Inc. announced today its TechTalks
conference, to be held Dec. 10-11, 1994, at the Sheraton El Conquistador
Resort and Country Club in Tucson, Ariz. This second annual forum will
offer customers and resellers technical training on the award-winning
Artisoft and Eagle Technology product lines. Executives from the CMP
Channel Group and Soleil Seminars will present sales and marketing
sessions, and editor and industry speaker David Brambert will discuss
channel issues. Third-party vendors will also present key product
presentations. Attendees will have the opportunity to talk first-hand with
the product managers and engineers who design and support Artisoft
products.

Keynote addresses during the conference include Artisoft President and
CEO William C. Keiper and LAN Magazine Executive Editor and STACKS magazine
Editor-in-Chief David Brambert. Keiper will present "Playing to Win," an
overview of Artisoft's corporate and product direction and Brambert will
share his vision on "The Changing Channel." Hour-long question-and-answer
sessions with Artisoft executives and engineers will provide attendees
with interactive corporate and product discussions.

TechTalks Sessions

TechTalks participants can choose from 26 one- and two-hour sessions and
hands-on labs covering topics such as CorStream server optimization and
installation, Eagle Technology hardware, connecting to the Internet using
Artisoft products, LANtastic v6.0 network NCP and SMB interoperability,
and wide area networking with the LANtastic v6.0 network.

Customers and resellers will also explore the award-winning functionality
of Artisoft's full line of software products, including:

* LANtastic for TCP/IP software
* LANtastic Management Services software
* ArtiSave backup series
* Central Station connectivity processor

In addition, Artisoft will offer attendees the opportunity to provide

Director of Channel Programs for the CMP Channel Group Charles Humphrey
will examine the emerging VAR business model with an interactive
discussion on product customization and expansion of the channel. Humphrey
will show attendees today's key industry dynamics and how to manage
change.

Carole Waldron from Soleil Seminars will offer marketing seminars to teach
resellers how to maximize their product positioning, formulate marketing
strategies, satisfy growing customer needs, convert sales relationships
from short- to long-term, plan future value-added services, and learn
techniques to leverage support to expand reseller client bases. Nationally
recognized, Soleil Seminars specializes in providing solutions that
simplify the complexities of selling and installing advanced technology

Third party-vendors including Mountain Network Solutions, Inc., The
Wollongong Group, Inc., Trio Information Systems, Inc., and Peachtree
Software, Inc. will present sessions on the effective use of their

Additional Training Opportunities

Artisoft is also offering attendees supplementary training courses before
and after the TechTalks conference. The one-day "Optimize Your LANtastic
Network" class will be held Dec. 9 at the Sheraton El Conquistador
conference site, and the three-day "Install, Configure and Troubleshoot
LANtastic v6.0" will be held Dec. 12-14 at Artisoft's corporate
headquarters in Tucson.
