Microsoft Selects AnswerSet for Solution Provider Program

The Alliance Strengthens AnswerSet's Microsoft Windows-based Customer
Support/Help Desk Software Package

Lake Oswego, OR -- Dec. 23 --AnswerSet has been chosen to join Microsoft's
Solutions Provider Program, the company announced today. The program
expands the relationship between AnswerSet and Microsoft, providing
AnswerSet with marketing support, advance access to products and technical
information, certification and ongoing business development support.

AnswerSet was selected for participation in the program based on its proven
commitment to Windows, its technical expertise and product revenues and
technical expertise . This alliance will enable AnswerSet to quickly
incorporate new Microsoft standards and product enhancements in product
development for Clientele for Windows, its customer support and help desk
system.
