SONIC SYSTEMS & GRAHAM MICROAGE AWARDED $2.5 MILLION MACINTOSH EDUCATIONAL
CONNECTIVITY CONTRACT.

Sunnyvale, CA -- The State of Kentucky announced the awarding of a
contract, valued at approximately $2.5 million, to supply Macintosh
Ethernet solutions for use in the state's education department to Sonic
Systems, Inc., in partnership with Graham MicroAge. Sonic Systems, Inc.
will be the provider of low cost Ethernet cards for the LC and NuBUS
Macintoshes, as well as AAUI transceivers and microSCSI external Ethernet
adapters. As part of the contract qualification process, Sonic System's
entire product line was approved for use.

Jim Bechtold, Education Sales Manager at Graham MicroAge partnered with
Sonic Systems because of the exceptional price/performance characteristics
of the Sonic product line. Mr. Bechtold said, "We feel we were selected
