ROMEO ANNOUNCES 1995 PRODUCTION SLATE;
CD-ROM/VIDEO PUBLISHER COMMITS TO 28 TITLES

Las Vegas, COMDEX Show, November 14, 1994 - ROMEO, Inc., a new multimedia
program publisher, has followed its release of five interactive titles in
CD-ROM and video formats during this year's COMDEX Show in Las Vegas with
the announcement of its production slate of an ambitious 28 titles for
1995. 17 programs will be produced in the entertainment category, five
game titles and six education titles.

"Based on our experience in the film and video industries," said Roger
Reese, founder and President of Romeo, "We know our distributors must be
assured of a steady flow of product from us. That is what we intend to
deliver."

ENTERTAINMENT

"Marvels of Magic." A five-volume exploration of the art of prestigitation,
with extensive live footage filmed at Hollywood's Magic Castle. Volume
One, "Legends of Magic," reconstructs the feats of Houdini, Blackstone,
Thurston and Chung Ling Soo. Volume Two, "Masters in Our Time," presents
the work of magicians such as Johnny Platt and mentalist Jules Lenier.
Volume Three, "Black Belts of Magic," details the careers of such leading
practitioners as Fielding West and David Copperfield. Volume Four, "The
Wide World of Magic," presents a broad sample of magic genres from
illusion to, of all things, rap. Volume Five, "Magic Highlights," is a
compendium of some of the finest work being done in the field. Each title
is interactive and contains sequences that show how the tricks are done.
Availability: late 1995.

"The Wonder of Pets." This title covers the wide range of animals that are
family pets and companions. Travels through the Los Angeles and other zoos
and some of the world's exotic animal parks, featuring live action,
animation and stills and educational inserts exploring the warm and loving
relationship between humans and animals. Availability: third quarter 1995.
In development: a children's Christmas special, a two-CD-ROM set.

"The Casting Couch" viewers of this video and CD-ROM series become virtual
casting agents, reading scripts, molding careers and getting involved in
the casting process, resulting in the actual - not virtual - casting of an
actress in a Hollywood movie.

With the likelihood that sexuality may be involved in the casting process,
Romeo expects this series will receive an R rating, which will appear on
all packaging. Debuts April, 1995, with a new episode every month
thereafter.

GAMES

"Strip Blackjack" Volumes Two, Three and Four are extensions of Romeo's
COMDEX 1994 release and will contain beautiful women, new visuals and high
quality interactivity. Volume Four will offer the most challenging version
of the game, as users must become increasingly skillful to strip the
stacked dealers against whom they play. Releases are scheduled for
January, March and May.

"Escape From the Magic Castle." Filmed on location in Hollywood's Magic
Castle, the users' ability to point and click correctly determines whether
they can get into the Castle, how they get from room to room and
ultimately whether they can get out or must remain forever lost in its
seance rooms and dungeons. Appropriate for any age and achievement level
user; scheduled for April, 1995 availability.

"The Wizard's Web." A large cast of characters combines with animation
images to lead deeper into the sylvan environment of the wizard's domain.
Dramatic music underscores theatrical footage as the user plays the game,
interacting with characters and avoiding obstacles in the search for the
way out. Ships Summer, 1995.

EDUCATION

"Dear Mom and Dad." A multimedia series of three programs for simultaneous
CD-ROM and video release, each title will address a critical parental
concern and will feature a different personality. The debut title,
'Grandparents Are Great,- will star Art Linkletter and will pay homage to
those persons characterized as among the country's most under-valued and
under-utilized assets. Romeo plans to release these titles in July,
September and November.

"Spanish Made Simple." These three volumes are extensions of the program
that Romeo is releasing in November, 1994 at COMDEX. These new volumes
will expand the user's vocabulary and language skills by using
interactivity and video practice sessions. Volume Two will be released in
February, 1995, Volume Three in March and Volume Four in June.
Romeo specializes in the creation and marketing of interactive titles in
both video and CD-ROM formats. It concentrates on the entertainment, game
and educational categories. Privately held, the company can be reached at
