EXPO/DALLAS

Increased Functionality, Speed and Flexibility Demonstrated Through
Advanced Features Including Binary File Transfer, OCR Capabilities and
Integration with E-Mail.

Dallas, Texas (9/20/94) -- RightFAX, a leading developer of fax server
software for multiplatform local area networks (LANs), will showcase its
product line at Networks Expo, September 20-22 at booths 2207 and 2209.
RightFAX 3.5 provides the optimal solution for multiple users to share
resources and communications linkages seamlessly through use of its fax
server software. RightFAX products allow users to send and receive faxes
productively from any Windows, DOS and OS/2 workstation across IBM, Novell
and Microsoft networks.

"The growing popularity of computer-based fax in today's corporate
environment is evident in the escalating number of fax servers running on
networks," said Bradley Feder, president of RightFAX. "The RightFAX
product line exemplifies today's most advanced method of network faxing
through multitasking efficiency and flexibility through multiplatform
environments."

RightFAX 3.5 is one of the first fax server software products to support
Binary File Transfer (BFT) which allows users to send and receive files
via fax as actual documents as opposed to a non-editable format. RightFAX
also supports enhanced features such as Direct Inward Dial (DID);
autorouting technology and Optical Character Recognition (OCR); routing
and text conversion capabilities. A common boundary has been created for
numerous methods of communication through RightFAX's integration with
E-Mail. Multiple users can interact through RightFAX's support for
Microsoft Mail, cc:Mail, Lotus Notes and Novell Groupwise in the E-Mail
gateway. RightFAX products facilitate document management and methods of
sharing data cost effectively and expediently.

"16,000 fax servers were sold in the United States in 1992," said Janet
Fugazzotto, fax industry analyst at BIS Strategic Decisions. "Through
extensive studies, our market researchers forecast that an estimate of
379,000 fax servers will be placed on networks by 1997. It is evident that
the demand for fax servers is rapidly increasing in the network
environment."

RightFAX will demonstrate the speed, ease-of-use and cost-efficiency of its
fax server software which includes features such as Binary File Transfer
(BFT), Drag-and-drop support, Direct Inward Dial (DID), Single and
Multiple Channel Fax Cards, Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and E-Mail
Gateways. For pricing or further specifications refer to data sheet.
