NBA LIVE '95 IS A WHOLE NEW BALLGAME!

Genesis & Super NES Launches Bring a New Look to Interactive NBA Gaming

SAN MATEO, Calif., October 28, 1994--The floor is wide open and Penny
Hardaway bursts past the midcourt line. Out of the corner of his eye he
sees Shaq trailing on his right, then he jukes the oncoming defender as he
goes up for a lay-up, and in a lightning-quick exchange, dishes a sweet
behind-the-back pass to Shaq for an easy slam. The Magic are in a groove.

Bursts of speed, behind-the-back passing, an all-new TV-style court
perspective, and many more new features highlight EA SPORTS' new NBA LIVE
'95 for the Sega Genesis and Super NES. Both versions will ship this
coming November on the opening day of the 1994-95 NBA season.

NBA Live '95 captures the essence of real NBA action. With its wider court
perspective, game players are now able to see teammates cutting through
the passing lanes and are able to make split-second passing decisions. The
result is a more exciting, fast action game that features picture-perfect
alley-oops, which are now controllable.

Fast breaks, one of the most exciting aspects of NBA basketball, are now
more real because the pro players have bursts of speed and the capability
to pass on the run. The new slow-motion dunk feature lets players really
slow it down to relish those rim-rattling slam dunks. There is also the
ability to post-up the big men inside and run a smart half-court offense
when the situation calls for it.

NBA Live '95 features updated '93-'94 player rosters and statistics for all
27 NBA teams. Four "custom" teams, whereby gamers can create teams with
their favorite NBA players, and this year's two all-star teams are also
included. Gamers can play a full or reduced season, playoffs, and even
trade players at any time. There are now 46 offensive plays and four
defensive sets to utilize, along with 5-player mode capability on the
Super NES and 4 Way Play on the Genesis.

EA SPORTS' new basketball game combines fast, action-packed gameplay with
all the strategy and realism of a 5-on-5 NBA simulation. The suggested
retail price for the Super NES will be $64.95 and for the Genesis $59.95.
