Product, Press and Tech Support Information Now Instantly Accessible
Company Also Announces On-Line Availability through Apple's eWorld

San Francisco, October 28, 1994 FWB, Inc., manufacturer of the award
winning Hammer brand of high performance mass storage products, today
announced the operation of its HammerFAX on-Demand Fax Response System.
The system, allows callers to access a variety of information, which is
faxed at the conclusion of the call.

"We've literally been swamped on a daily basis with inquires from end
users, the press and other Macintosh developers concerning our product
lineup, product announcements, upgrade procedures and technical support",
commented Patricia Wyche, Marketing Communications Manager. "With
HammerFAX, customers can call directly to the system to access the
information they're looking for, at any time of day. Requested materials
are faxed immediately and customers' questions can be answered on the
spot."

Callers to the system will be asked to enter document numbers which
correspond to topics in the areas of Product Information, Technical
Support, Press Information, ToolKit software and Pricing. If a caller is
not familiar with the HammerFAX document numbers, a Document Catalog will
be faxed upon request for reference.

"We're really pleased to offer this service", Ms. Wyche continued. "It will
significantly increase our ability to service our customers." Callers can
reach FWB's HammerFAX system at (415) 474-9772.
