Digital Vision and Fuji Join Forces to Market Camera and Frame Grabber

October 28, 1994 (Dedham, MA) Digital Vision, Inc. is proud to announce a
co-marketing agreement with Fuji U.S.A. regarding the Fujix Photo Video
Imager FV-7. The combined package of Digital Vision's ComputerEyes video
frame grabbers and Fuji's FV-7 will boost both companies' penetration into
certain vertical markets.

ComputerEyes from Digital Vision, Inc. is a line of video frame grabbers
for the Macintosh and IBM PC. The frame grabbers capture images from any
NTSC video source and let the user save images in common image file
formats, such as PICT, TIFF, JPEG, TGA QuickTime, and AVI. The user can
easily use these images within their own programs.

The Fujix Photo Video Imager FV-7 from Fuji Corp., on the other hand is an
NTSC video source capable of viewing slides, negatives, photographs, and
other small objects such as jewelry and coins. The device has retractable
arms and built-in lighting for consistent and accurate video. Insert the
special slide holder, filled with slides, into a slot near the lens of the
camera. The camera is turned over, the arms are folded down, and the
lights converge to back-light your slide. A switch on the camera lets you
pick positives or negatives. A swivel head allows for vertical or
horizontal slides and negatives.

The FV-7 will act as a simple video camera as well. Simply open the lights,
remove the slide tray, and aim the camera. There's even a place to attach
a tripod.

"It's not often that a new video device comes around that is so innovative,
so exciting, that we jump at the opportunity to market it with our
products," said Digital Vision President David Pratt. "But the Fujix Photo
Video Imager FV-7 is certainly one of those devices. Its sleek design,
small package, and superb video quality make it a great choice for any
ComputerEyes user."

The ComputerEyes/FV-7 combination is aimed at such markets as:

* Real Estate Appraisal--where photos, slides, and negative can be
scanned in and used for sell sheets, or as part of a database.
* Jewelry and Collectibles--where jewelry resellers, for example,
  can keep track of inventory.
* Photography--where professional photographers can database their
  complete library of works.
* Electronic Prepress--providing a quick and easy way to scan a slide,
negative, or photo for placement only.
* Desktop Publishing--providing a good quality scan of slides,
negatives, and photos for company newsletters, user manuals, and
  other desktop publishing needs.

The FV-7 has a list price of $999.95. For a limited time, Digital Vision is
offering special pricing on the FV-7. Call for details. Sample images
