FIFA INTERNATIONAL SOCCER

New 3DO Version Delivers Outstanding 32-Bit Graphics & Sound

SAN MATEO, Calif., November 11, 1994--EA SPORTS, the largest division of
Electronic Arts, today announced the release of FIFA INTERNATIONAL SOCCER
for the 3DO Interactive Multiplayer. The game combines state of the art
32-bit technology with the top-rated soccer engine to deliver the most
realistic soccer simulation to-date.

The 3DO version of FIFA International Soccer incorporates authentic soccer
game footage, a visually striking TV-style video presentation, and Red
Book Dolby surround sound that puts game players closer to soccer than
ever before. The game is so realistic that it was used to simulate World
Cup '94. The 3DO simulation resulted in a Brazil vs. Italy championship
game, which ultimately proved to be an accurate prediction when the same
two teams squared-off in the final match.

FIFA International Soccer on the 3DO represents the next generation in
sports simulations. The soccer players are visibly larger and more
life-like, making the gameplay more enjoyable and more realistic. The 11
different camera angles allow users to view action from virtually any
location in the stadium, and during instant replays users can pan the
entire field with an unlocked camera.

The new 3DO version also features very sophisticated computer intelligence.
Players actually react to different coaching strategies selected by users.
Enhanced computer-controlled opponents make for challenging one-player
matches, or link up to six 3DO control pads for great multi-player
action.

Game players select one of 50 international teams to lead through
tournament play, league play or exhibition matches. Top scorers from
around the league are saved throughout the tournaments as players compete
for league leading positions.

For U.S. fans who are caught up in the excitement of soccer, interactive
games like FIFA International Soccer can make learning the world's most
popular sport easy and fun.

"FIFA International Soccer can actually help novice soccer players learn
the fundamentals of the sport," said Steve Negoesco, Head Soccer Coach for
University of San Francisco and World Cup analyst for USA Today. "It
teaches a player how to judge a situation, which is something you have to
do when you go out on the soccer field."

FIFA International Soccer for the 3DO is scheduled to ship in November and
the suggested retail price will be $59.95.
