DIGIBOARD INTRODUCES "DIGICONNECTS" ICON PROGRAM TO IDENTIFY HARDWARE &
SOFTWARE PARTNERS

ICON WILL PROVIDE USERS WITH INSTANT IDENTIFICATION OF INTEROPERABLE
SOLUTIONS

MINNEAPOLIS, Nov. 14, 1994 -- DigiBoard today announced the DigiConnects
program, under which hardware and software vendors can display an icon on
their products and promotional materials identifying them as DigiBoard
partners. The icon will signify that the vendor's products are compatible
with DigiBoard's extensive range of networking, multiuser and remote
access connectivity solutions. Display of the icon, which will be unveiled
at COMDEX in Las Vegas on November 14, will provide end-users with instant
recognition of products that are interoperable with DigiBoard products.

DigiBoard partners include Bell Atlantic, Bell South, Cheyenne, Citrix
Systems, Compaq, IBM, Link Technologies, Lotus, Microsoft, Novell, NYNEX,
Pacific Bell, Santa Cruz Operation, Stampede Technologies, SunSoft and
USWest.

"As networks become more complex, and technology options become more
numerous and varied, it becomes increasingly difficult for IT managers and
end-users to select interoperable products for today's heterogeneous
computer systems," said Joe Diodati, DigiBoard vice president of marketing
and strategic planning. "The DigiConnects icon will provide immediate
reassurance that a new operating system, software package or piece of
hardware will be supported by the DigiBoard's products already installed
in a customer's network."

"DigiBoard's leadership in ISDN has produced connectivity solutions that
allow customers of Microsoft Window NT Server and Workstation to further
enhance the performance and interoperability of their wide area networks,"
said Rich Tong, general manager of the business systems division at
Microsoft Corp. "We are pleased DigiBoard is introducing a program that
makes choosing compatible connectivity products easier for our
customers."

Andy Green, SCO's vice president for strategic alliances, said,
"DigiBoard's leading communications products provide powerful options for
organizations using SCO system software on business critical servers. We
are happy to endorse the DigiConnects program, which will help reassure
our customers of compatibility and top performance with DigiBoard and
SCO."

DigiBoard products include award-winning ISDN LAN adapters and
industry-leading serial communications boards, as well as terminal
servers, fax hardware/software solutions, and terminal emulation software
for DOS-to-UNIX connectivity. These products are used in LAN, WAN,
multiuser and remote access environments, and for connections via modems,
ISDN lines and X.25 Public Data Networks. The company will introduce its
first ATM product in 1995.

The DigiConnects icon is being offered through DigiBoard's Partners in
Connectivity Program. This program also offers participating vendors
discounts on products used for sales demonstrations and evaluation units,
the opportunity to beta test DigiBoard products and to use DigiBoard as a
test site for their new products, equipment loans for trade shows, a
specialized technical and marketing support service, and a variety of
marketing programs.

Vendors interested in learning more about the Partners in Connectivity
Program can call Alicia Keane at (800) 344-4273, extension 506.
Participation in the program is free.
