including personnel, facilities and resources, in real-time within a
single department or throughout an entire organization.

Calendar Manager is a functionally-rich client-server application that runs
on heterogeneous desktops and satisfies system requirements for
performance, reliability, scalability and security, operating
independently of electronic-mail systems, Calendar Manager performs its
own networking and end-users share a common database so that complex
scheduling and resource requirements are communicated instantly.

"With the ability to operate across multiple platforms, Calendar Manager
provides NetWare users with true client/server group scheduling benefits
including improved time management throughout the enterprise," said Dick
Russell, president of Russell Information Sciences.

Calendar Manager Version 5.0 provides NetWare users with the following
productivity-enhancing capabilities:

* Ability to respond to meeting requests with a detailed message, which
includes the sender of the note, and the date and time the note was sent.

for upcoming tasks and are displayed on the days corresponding to a start
or due date. The list consists of a description of the task, it's
priority, start and due dates, and completion check mark.

* Quick View feature allows users to view calendars of meeting
participants, including locations and resources, before attempting to
schedule a meeting or after a scheduling conflict is encountered.

* Optional Windows Executive Diary, which allows Calendar Manager to be
viewed graphically in a single tab (one page) or dual tab (two page) mode.
Both modes include day, week, to-do, and list views.

* Ability to undo previously rejected meetings or canceled attendance.
