NETWORKS EXPO AND WINDOWS WORLD/DALLAS RECORDS STRONG ATTENDANCE, EXHIBITOR
SUPPORT

(Fort Lee, NJ, September 27, 1994) -- Blenheim Group's ninth annual
Networks Expo (formerly NetWorld) and The Interface Group's first annual
WINDOWS WORLD/Dallas closed their three-day combined event at the Dallas
Convention Center last week, recording a final attendance of 30,720
corporate volume buyers and resellers.

The WINDOWS WORLD address by Microsoft Chairman Bill Gates, whose keynote
appearance drew SRO crowds of more than 4,000 to the Convention Center's
Theater and three "overflow" rooms, was a major highlight of the Dallas
show.

The Dallas event offered attendees a valuable combination of 300
participating computer companies, and scores of comprehensive educational
sessions. Thousands of attendees crowded the many interactive networking
technology showcases, including the Network Professional Association (NPA)
Labs and the Internet Hands-on Pavilion.

Mike Cerni, exhibits manager of DPT (Distributed Processing Technology),
said he met attendees representing the right mix of corporate buyers and
end users from companies such as UPS, Amoco, and Occidental Chemical, plus
volume resellers and systems integrators.

"Dallas represents a large marketplace that you cannot ignore." said Mr.
Cerni. "There are many good corporate people here at the show, and they
seem confident and knowledgeable about DPT's products, and our strategic
place in the networking environment."

James F.X. O'Rourke, Jr., CEO of Blenheim's I.T. Events Division, described
the Dallas event as perfectly positioned to provide both exhibitors and
attendees with access to the convergence of local area networks (LANs),
business software applications, communications and the rising importance
of Windows as a business operating system for networks.

"Our events in strategic markets -- Dallas, Boston and San Francisco -- are
where computer networking buyers come to find solutions in connectivity
and communications technology," said Mr. O'Rourke.

Both show producers characterized their re-sign rate for next year's
combined event as excellent. "Partnership is the dominant business model
for the 1990s," said Jason Chudnofsky, President of Interface's Trade Show
Division. "And that 'partnership' paid off in a big way here in Dallas for
our exhibitors and attendees."

Networks Expo Dallas and WINDOWS WORLD/Dallas will return to the Dallas
Convention Center on September 12-14, 1995.

In a unique "partnership" arrangement announced last spring, Blenheim and
Interface agreed to the concurrent production of the two trade shows,
backed up by the sharing of certain promotional and on-site Logistical
expenses. Separately, the two show management companies are also known for
Blenheim's PC EXPO conference and expositions and Interface's COMDEX
conference and expositions.

Networks Expo in Dallas is produced and managed by Blenheim's IT Events
Division, part of the Blenheim Group PLC, the world's largest producer of
trade shows and conferences. Blenheim organizes more than 46 IT
expositions around the world that annually attract more than 600,000
corporate volume buyers and trade resellers.
