CD images for edit, enhancement and display. Business professionals will

including PCX, BMP, TIF, GIF, TGA and JPEG. Once images are edited to suit
the user, they can be compressed into JPEG format to conserve disc space.
Since Photo Factory supports Midi and Wav sound capabilities, voice and/or
music can be added to each image as well as text. Photo Factory for
Windows is available directly from The Multimedia Store on a high quality
Photo CD.

Minimum system requirements for Photo Factory are a 386 computer system, a
Photo CD compatible CD Rom drive, 4 Mb RAM, 256 color VGA display, MS-DOS
3.3 and Windows 3.1 or later. For higher performance, the system should
consist of a 486 DX33, double speed CD Rom drive, 8 Mb RAM, a high color
or true color Windows accelerator and Windows compatible sound board.

The Multimedia Store's newly announced PF Script software will support
Kodak's new Photo CD Portfolio Player and Portfolio Script Producer,
enabling users to create multimedia and interactive shows, then compress
them for export to be viewed on the Portfolio Player.

A Brief Tour of Photo Factory for Windows 2.1

How to get started.

After installing Photo Factory, you can view one of the program's example
slideshows by clicking on an icon in Photo Factory's Program Group.
Example slideshows were included to demonstrate how images, text, music
and voice can be combined at different resolutions and color settings,
depending on your system's capabilities. The MIDI Gallery Slideshow will
take you through each of the fifty original songs included with the
program and features a brief comment on each song by the composer.

To enter the program itself, double-click on the Photo Factory icon. Photo
Factory opens to the main title screen with the familiar Windows menu bar.
With the Photo Factory CD in your CDROM drive, click on FILE/OPEN/PHOTO CD
CONTACT SHEET to view the fifty Photo CD Images included on our disc. The
contact sheet contains "thumbnail" size pictures and allows you to quickly
browse through the available images.

Double click on an image you like and it will expand to the next
resolution. There are five resolution in all for each image. Now take the
pointer to the top left corner of your image. Hold down on the mouse
button and drag the pointer to the lower right corner. A box is drawn over
the image. Adjust the sides of the box to include the area you wish to
keep then click on IMAGE/CROP from the menu bar. Photo Factory reaccesses
the Photo CD to get just that part of the image you selected and repaints
the picture.

You 're now ready to create a slideshow. From the FILE menu, select
NEW/SLIDESHOW. A slideshow window will open at the top of your screen.
Click on your image to make sure it is the active window then press and
hold down the SHIFT button, point, click and hold the image until a little
hand shows on your screen. Drag the hand into the empty slideshow and
release the mouse button and shift key. Your image will appear in the
slideshow.

Double click on the slideshow image to enter the slideshow editor. The
editor features a convenient "floating toolbar" that will allow you to add
background colors, a border around your image, text, music, voice and the
various controls for printing, saving and moving forward or backward in
the slideshow.

This has been a very brief tour of Photo Factory's many features. There's a
lot more so explore as much as you'd like. If
you need help, the on-line Help file has the answer. Thanks for taking the
tour and we hope you enjoyed it as much as we enjoyed creating it.

Company History -- The Multimedia Store

The Multimedia Store, a subsidiary of George W. Cox & Sons, Inc., was
established in 1991 in order to fulfill the vision of its founder, Robert
W. Cox, for the future of Multimedia Technology. The Multimedia Store's
primary business interest is the design, development and marketing of
multimedia software programs.

The Multimedia Store's sister company, Autotest was established in 1977 and
manufactures Power Supply Testing Equipment which is sold direct to end
users both Internationally and in the United States. Autotest Company
employs approximately 40 people and has annual sales of $4.5 million.

Autotest's in-house engineering and software development capabilities were
molded when the Company developed its own Windows-based software program
designed to run on Autotest's Power Supply Test Equipment. The program,
APG For Windows, proved to be a successful product. It was the development
of APG For Windows that led Bob Cox to look toward the Multimedia Market
and to develop The Multimedia Store's first software program, Photo
Factory For Windows.

Photo Factory is an image editing and presentation program designed to let
the user work with KODAK Photo CD's. The Multimedia Store is currently
marketing the third release of Photo Factory For Windows, Version 2.1 on
CD-ROM.

The Multimedia Store has also produced its first interactive video
entertainment title, The Psychotron which is being distributed by Merit
Software, located in Dallas, Texas, and by Sigma Designs, located in
Fremont, California. The Company's third title, PF Script, supports
Kodak's Portfolio CD and is in beta testing. A fourth product, a creative
new entertainment title, is in development for a 1995 midyear release.
