Legent Trouble-Ticketing Application Available for NMS

In September, Legent began shipping its new trouble-ticketing application,
PARADIGM for NMS. This problem resolution software allows users to receive
trouble-ticketing, inventory, and notification functions directly from the
NetWare Management System (NMS) console.

By combining PARADIGM for NMS with NMS, users can improve response time to
system problems, increase system availability, and free valuable resources
for proactive management tasks. Plus, PARADIGM for NMS helps bridge the
"management information gap" between UNIX management consoles and NMS,
allowing network managers with both UNIX consoles and NMS to access alerts
from a central database and enabling communication between consoles for
problem resolution.

PARADIGM is currently available from Legent or its authorized resellers. To
introduce you to this new product, Legent is offering an introductory
PARADIGM package for US$4,995 through December 31, 1994. The PARADIGM
package includes:

* Five MS Windows clients
* A UNIX server
* An administrative client
* An interface to NMS
