MONITOR CERTIFICATION IS09001 STYLE

DULUTH, GA., October 5, 1994 -- Utilizing advanced technology and ISO9001
disciplines, Intecolor has established a new level of consistency,
performance and quality in the industrial monitor area through the use of
a unique computer driven image analysis system.

Intecolor's industrial monitors are now tested using a new
computer-controlled alignment and inspection system which measures
virtually all screen parameters against rigid specifications. Using a
spectroradiometer and an array of six cameras to view special test
patterns generated on the industrial monitor; the computerized system
digitizes and evaluates the screen images. This eliminates operator
subjectivity and provides the basis for aligning the monitors to the
customer's specifications. After virtually all of the test measurements
fall within the customer's specifications, a "certificate of calibration"
is printed providing all test data along with the unit model number,
serial number, and the test date. This information is provided to the user
as a permanent record of the performance of the unit.

According to David M. Deans, President and CEO of Intecolor, "This highly
accurate system represents state of the art capabilities in measuring and
recording screen quality. As a result, Intecolor monitors will meet the
increasing market demands for high consistency and quality. This follows
Intecolor's on-going commitment to IS09001 Standards."

Founded in 1973, Intecolor is a IS09001 Certified manufacturer of
human-machine interface systems for industry. Its complete line of
monitors, workstations and custom products are available in a wide range
of resolutions, processor capabilities and enclosure types.
