ElectroMagnetic Solutions develops computer aided engineering analysis and
design software. We employ the finite element method (FEM) to model and
characterize the electromagnetic fields in a particular device.

We offer a general purpose 2-D tool set having the capability to model
static and time harmonic plane-parallel (2-D) and axisymmetric
representations of devices. Analysis includes solving for static electric,
magnetic, conduction, and thermal fields, low frequency time harmonic
magnetic fields (eddy currents), time harmonic thermal fields, time
harmonic fields in parallel plate waveguides, and time harmonic
electromagnetic fields due to scattering.

Some of the more important features of this tool set include:

- Boolean solid modeling operators are available to help build
  the model.
- Database of material properties.
- Open boundary conditions.
- Automatic adaptive finite element solvers with built-in error
  analysis.
- Automatic Delaunay triangular mesh generator.
- General purpose field calculator for post processing allowing
  the user to calculate derived quantities such as capacitance,
  inductance, and force. All arithmetic, integral, and
  differential operations are available along with the capability
  to build and store user defined functions.
- Visualization tool for showing field contours, flux lines,
  vector plots, and x-y plots.
