AGE LOGIC OPENS EAST COAST OFFICE

San Diego, CA, October 20, 1994 -- AGE Logic (AGE), a leading supplier of
PC-to-UNIX Connectivity Solutions, announces the establishment of an East
Coast sales office. The office, located in Boston, Massachusetts, will be
managed by Seth Schalet, Eastern Regional Sales Manager for AGE.

Mr. Schalet is an seasoned professional with over 9 years experience in the
computer industry. Prior to joining AGE, Mr. Schalet was responsible for
the management of sales operations and technical support personnel for the
New England office of General Electric Computer Services, a division of GE
Capital, which serves the UNIX and Windows markets. In his new position as
AGE's Sales Manager, Eastern Region, Mr. Schalet will be responsible for
the sales and technical support of AGE products to corporate
organizations, financial institutions, State and Municipal Governments and
the US Federal Government.
