Software Support, Inc. (SSI) Introduces Partners Alliance Program

- Program will align SSI with software publishers, hardware manufacturers,
on-line service providers and other industry vendors.--

Heathrow, Fla., June 12, 1995--Software Support, Inc. (SSI), a leading
third-party software support organization, is introducing its Alliance
Program to software publishers and other industry vendors at PC EXPO
Tuesday, June 20 through Thursday, June 22, 1995 at the Jacob K. Javits
Convention Center in New York. The program is designed to formally align
Software Support, Inc. with strategic partners by fostering new
relationships and solidifying existing alliances. Target participants
include: software publishers, hardware manufacturers, industry analysts,
on-line service providers and other industry vendors. The program will
facilitate the interaction and exchange of information, products and
technology, enabling all participants to benefit from the strategic
alliance.

"The alliance program formalizes our existing relationships with our
industry partners and offers new opportunities for both parties," said SSI
President & CEO Joseph J. Jacoboni. Initially, membership will be by
invitation only, but we welcome inquiries from qualified companies. We
plan to extend invitations to key partners and advisory board members in
Q3 1995."

As a third-party provider of software support, SSI provides technical
support for software publishers' and hardware manufacturers' end users -
at no cost to the OEM. The program stresses the benefit to the OEM of
off-loading support at no cost to them (by assisting and certifying SSI in
the support of their products) instead of staffing and maintaining their
own internal support staff. The program also emphasizes the fact that a
happy SSI customer is more likely to be a return buyer for the OEM.
Consequently, collaboration is mutually beneficial.

To enlist the participation of the top software publishers and OEMs, SSI
will invite a select group to join as lifetime "premier" partners and
members of the advisory board. Advisory board members will assist in the
development and management of the program.

Since its inception in 1991, SSI has established strategic relationships
with leading software publishers, including: AT&T, Corel, Microsoft,
Novell, Borland, Lotus and SPC. SSI is a Microsoft Solution Provider,
Novell PerfectFit Partner and Lotus Business Partner. Because SSI's
Alliance program will also broaden SSI's market scope, key networking and
Internet/World Wide Web companies will also be targeted. To round out the
program, SSI will also invite key analysts and organizations to the group,
such as major magazine publishers, wire services, new media marketers and
others.

The program will offer opportunities for members to participate in a
calendar of program events, trade shows, speaking engagements, noteworthy
industry events, editorial opportunities and more. SSI is also offering
members participation in bi-annual surveys, as well as an historical
perspective on level of inquiries, specific area of inquiries, noteworthy
changes in activity levels and general feedback on their products.

To formalize the exchange of information, SSI Alliance partners will
provide SSI with products and services, including: "not for
resale/internal use only" copies of their software, upgrades, technical
notes, patches, training materials, white papers, bug fixes,
upgrades/revisions and priority technical support -- all at no charge to
SSI. Training materials and certification/authorization programs are also
requested. In general, most software publishers already provide SSI with
these resources to enable SSI to better support their products.

Software Support, Inc., founded in 1991, offers efficient full-service and
overflow outsourcing solutions which provide telephone support 24 hours a
