miro Joins Elite Group of Apple Partners To Harness Performance and Power
of New PCI-Based Systems

Palo Alto, CA -- June 19,1995 -- Leading Smart Multimedia Solutions
provider miro Computer Products, Inc. today announced that it will bring
its award-winning digital video and graphics technology to the Power
Macintosh market with the introduction of a family of PCI-based boards
that will enable and enhance the multimedia experience for Power Mac
users. The new products -- graphics accelerators, digital video
playback/capture and digital video editing controllers -- will incorporate
leading-edge graphic processors from companies like S3 and Weitek to
deliver hardware-based QuickDraw acceleration. Some of miro's new products
will be displayed in Apple's CoDeveloper Village at PC Expo, June 20 - 22,
1995, New York City, Javits Center.

As a recognized industry leader in the development of video and graphics
accelerators for the PC platform, miro was approached by Apple to develop
for the Power Macintosh platform, expanding the breadth of solutions from
which Power Macintosh 9500 customers can choose.

Cost and Availability

miro's new PCI-based boards will be priced and available for shipment early
in the third quarter of 1995.
