BOSTON, June 20. 1995 -- Fidelity Investments today announced the opening
of its Online Investor Center on America Online.

In opening an investor center on AOL. Fidelity expands its existing network
of electronic offerings, providing a variety of options for customers to
access and conduct business with Fidelity. The company s newest on-line
center features a special workplace savings category where investors can
learn how 401(k) and 403(b) plans fit into their overall savings plan.

"Fidelity's new Investor Center on America Online provides visitors with a
library of investment information and assistance through the convenience
of their personal computer. said Mary Ruth Moran. vice president of
electronic marketing. "Investors at all levels of sophistication will find
helpful content enabling them to make more informed investment decisions.

The AOL Investor Center includes six comprehensive sections of information
and assistance, including:

* NewsWorthy: Houses the latest information on new Fidelity funds,
  educational seminars and Fidelity publication reprints
* Mutual Fund Library: Contains extensive data on Fidelity mutual
  funds, including each funds objective, performance history and fund
  manager information
* Brokerage and Other Investment Services: Offers a wide range of
  information on Fidelity brokerage accounts and services
* Investment and Retirement Planning: Provides a selection of
  educational materials and planning worksheets for all levels of
  investors
* Investor's Guide to Fidelity: Describes the different ways to do
  business with and contact fidelity: two-way e-mail communication
  with Fidelity representatives also is available.
* Workplace Savings: Designed for individuals who are eligible to
  participate in 401(k) and 403(b) retirement savings plans

Prospectuses Available Via the Internet

In a related announcement, the company said that prospectuses and
applications for nearly 50 of fidelity's most popular mutual funds are now
available on the company's World Wide Web site. Visitors to the company's
Home Page -- http://www.fid-inv.com -- are able to download and print both
prospectuses and application forms.

Home Page viewers will find that the new on-line prospectuses closely
resemble the company's printed versions. They have the same look and feel
of Fidelity's printed materials, including all of the detailed charts and
graphs illustrating fund information.

"We selected Fidelity's most popular funds for the initial roll-out of our
on-line prospectus initiative." Moran said. "By year-end, all of the
company's 160-plus mutual fund prospectuses will be available on-line."

Home Page Hits Top 2 Million

By mid-June, Fidelity had recorded more than 2 million hits to its Internet
Home Page since its launch four months earlier. Investors worldwide are
visiting the site over and over again.
