FIDELITY INVESTMENTS SHOWCASES ELECTRONIC TECHNOLOGIES AT PC EXPO

Nation's Largest Mutual Fund Company to Exhibit at Personal Computer
Industry Trade Show

NEW YORK CITY, June 20, 1995 -- Fidelity Investments, one of the country's
leading providers of financial services through electronic channels, today
opens its Online Investor Center exhibit at PC Expo at the Jacob Javits
Convention Center in New York. At its booth, the nation's largest mutual
fund company will demonstrate how it is implementing innovative
technologies to change the way people access investment information and
assistance.

In addition, Iang Jeon, director of electronic marketing at Fidelity
Investments, will participate in a PC Expo panel to discuss the commercial
possibilities on the Internet. The panel session is open to all PC Expo
attendees and is scheduled for Wednesday, June 21, from 10:30 a.m. to
12:00 p.m., in room IE13 ofthe Jacob Javits Convention Center.

"With our brand-new Investor Center on America Online, our Home Page on the
Internet, a presence on Prodigy, and our proprietary trading system,
Fidelity On-line Xpress, Fidelity is responding to growing customer demand
for electronic offerings to help manage investments," said Mary Ruth
Moran, vice president of electronic marketing.

"The more than 2 million 'hits' on our Web server in the last four months
sends a strong signal that our customers are looking for investment
information through these electronic channels," she added.

With its presence at PC Expo, Fidelity Investments demonstrates the
dramatic impact personal computing technology, new media and online
computing are having on personal finance. In a recent survey of investors,
Fidelity discovered that, while PC penetration was approaching one-third
of U.S. households, nearly two-thirds of its more than eight million
customers were PC owners.

"Venues like PC Expo, which are more user-focused than corporate-focused,
are important for Fidelity as we explore opportunities to bring technology
to our computer-savvy customers," said Moran.
Managing personal finances is one of the top applications for the home PC
user, and Fidelity meets the needs of these users by providing a range of
online services and planning and educational software right now,
including:

* Fidelity Investments Information Center on the Internet
