Dear PC Gamer,

Just a short note about me and my game Space Explorer.

First of all I am sending 2 disk but the entire game is contained on
1 disk. The second disk is a backup copy. To many times I have received
software and the disks were unreadable. I wanted to make sure you
received a good copy of my game.

I am a 34 year old female with no children, so I had no teenage help
in designing this game.

I have been a subscriber to PC Gamer since September 94

While designing this game I tried to keep in mind all the critiques the
magazine gave on games.

I hope I have succeeded in producing a fun and interesting game.

I had ordered Klik & Play before your April 95 magazine came out.

I received the software in the first week of April so besides having no
game programming experience I also had no experience with Klik & Play.

I managed to write this game in just 12 days. Mind you that was not a
full 8 hours a day but rather a couple of hours each evening.

I love Klik & Play. It was very easy to use. I did have a couple of problems
where I just could not figure out how to get Klik & Play to do what I wanted
in the game. But by looking at the sample games given I managed to struggle
through.

By the way Klik & Play is the only Maxis product I own. But if it is
representative of all Maxis products I will gladly look into buying other
Maxis products.

I hope you enjoy the game I have developed.

Sincerely
