* Other Info *

1) dmflags 33812 is ideal...pretty much fixed fov, spawn random, weapons stay and forced respawn
2) Would be cool if someone wrote a server side dll to award extra frags for multiple kills 
    with one shot.
   ie. 1 kill = 1 frag
       2 kills = 4 frags 
       3 kills = 6 frags
