Mod Name:	LA QuakeII v0.7
Authors: [LA]-Seek300, [LA]-Cmdr-Keen
Email: notgod@notgod.com
Web: http://www.spikes.com
Some code taken, but heavily modified from:
	ridah@frag.com, the turret code
	SumFuka, the MOTD code
	YoGrE, centerview stuff (see centerview.txt)
Special Thanks to:
id software, for Quake2, and the most open architecture available.
icepick, [LA]-Alcazar, [LA]-ShamRock for testing and ideas.
Matt of the Lithium MOD for BFG crash bug fix.
EFNet's #quake2dll for help and stuff.

All code that was used has been modified to suit my needs.
Please see the END of this file for PERMISSIONS.

FEATURES:

 - Working turrets in DeathMatch
 - MOTD (VIA MOTD.TXT)
 - Teleporter effects, like in 3.10
 - Server configuration for the following functions, (using server.cfg) :
	Level Seletion/Rotation
	Turrets on/off
	Specific settings per level, including:
		MOTD configuration (ON/OFF, File, Time)
		Fraglimit
		Timelimit
		Gravity
		Turrets on/off
 - Observer mode. This is the best chasecam I have seen for QuakeII, or even Quake.
	There are 3 observer modes.
	 - FreeMove is free movement. Go where ever you want.
	 - Tracking1 is limited movement. At this point, you are tracking players. You
are limited by how far you are from the player. When you get out of viewing range,
you will move into viewing range.
	 - Tracking2 is the same as Tracking1, but there is the additional benefit of tracking the
player. The observer will move as the player does, while still retiaining free
movement. So, one can place the camera wherever they want to observe from.
When in tracking modes, item-next switches which player you are tracking.
	 - When tracking, your HUD displays the info that who you are tracking
would see. (health, weapon, armor, etc...)
 - Weapon Fixes:
HyperBlaster actually fires in a circle (broken iD code)
When holding a grenade that has been set, you throw it when you die.
