a) The Quad Damage is on the upper floor. Jump onto the ledge in front
   of the metal door.

b) The lower floor teleporter in the main room has two destinations!
   Check them out by running into the teleporter (as usual) for normal
   teleport action. To enter the nailgun chamber jump into the teleporter.
   To leave the chamber jump into the water.
