Description : No story here. This is my first Quake level.

I think one needs to be a bit of an artist to produce a quality
level. House of Bombay is a good level and I am proud of it. It
probably won't make anyones top ten but it is quite playable.
I added a few unique groups such as damaging lamp posts and the swords
scattered throughout.

I kept intricate decorations to a minimum for two reasons: few
people notice or remember them and the time factor. This level took
two months of my time and could consume two more if I wanted to decorate.
I tried to add some "roundish" brushes because I read that two many
maps have all squares. Also, I injected humor into the messages that
flash as an event triggers.

I tried to concentrate on triggered effects such as, teleporting
monsters triggered to a chain of events and the like. I built what I
enjoyed playing. No lifts in here.....I didn't see any reason.I have
included the qED file in case anyone using qED wants to see how
something was accomplished.

A word regarding editors: The editor that supplies the builder
with a quality tutorial, step by step....to get the builder off the ground
is a great thing. Not everyone can figure stuff out. qEd did that for me.
qED laid a foundation to get me started and I was able to build my
knowledge base from there. There are several quality editors but the guys
that make them obviously can't communicate, are too lazy or figure
"let them figure it out" thus the dearth of tutorials. Too bad.

Unfortunately, I could get no testers for this map. Except my
dear wife, Azusa. She selected many textures.

Additional Credits to : Matt Tagliaferri for qED - a very good editor
and someone that replys to e-mail
: Whoever really does the Quake MAP Specs
: Jim Lowell - His Thred tutorial helped
