New in 1.7:

 Added selective track play (to play only certain tracks)
 Now shows last data byte read and file offset on SMF error
 Changed error track report from 0-based to 1-based (first track=1 now)
 New Paradise driver, version 1.52, is required

 If an MMPM player is running tmidi no longer times out at MidiSetup

 No longer locks OS/2 when used with the Sound Blaster SB*.SYS driver
