        ADD: The menu command 78 - Write local mail can accept two
             command parameters: /T="User Name" to specify the
             destination user name and /S="Subject" to specify the
             subject of the new message.

        ADD: The following menu commands where added:
             78 - Write local mail
             79 - Write internet mail
             82 - Write FidoNet mail
             55 - Read next mail
             56 - Read previous mail
             57 - Read individual mail
             58 - Read mail non-stop

        CHG: The menu command selection was changed to a better layout:
             the dialog window shows two listboxes, the left box display
             the command's category and the right box display the
             commands inside the selected category.

        FIX: WIN32: The 'Add' event button is now working.

        FIX: WIN32: The 'Configure Origin Lines' dialog is now working.

        FIX: WIN32: Coloring problems with the status windows when
             using 256 colors resolutions.

        FIX: WIN32: The modem and the status windows are back on the
             screen when using Windows 95.

        ADD: Magic names for the file request processor, configurable
             with the Configure->Mailer->File requests dialog.

        ADD: The 'Kill/Sent' flag processing when exporting netmail
             messages.

        FIX: The message upload in the offline mail reader doors now
             correctly append the echomail kludge lines in the message
             text.

        FIX: Bug in the QWK door that crashed the system when
             downloading new messages.

        CHG: The menu command selection in the menu editor was changed
             to a more useful dialog where command are divided into
             categories, just like the old Lora 2.4x.

        FIX: The line and fullscreen message editors are now working
             properly.

        ADD: The 'Use fullscreen editor', 'Use fullscreen reader' and
             'Use fullscreen lists' options where added to the 'News
             users' dialog.

        CHG: The 'New users' configuration dialog was changed, take a
             look at the new configuration options before running the
             BBS.

        ADD: In the 'User Limits' dialog the flags 'Force Level', 'Force
             Flags' and 'Force Deny Flags' where added. This flags when
             enabled will force the use of the corresponding privilege
             level to the user.

        FIX: The changes of the 'Key' field in the 'User Limits'
             configuration dialog are now registered correctly and are
             reflected to all users with the old Key name.

        ADD: The embedded command ^FO that display the number of new
             messages in the current area.

        ADD: Support for th "msginf" file when running an external
             message editor. With this file editors like IceEdit should
             be able to display the from, to, subject and area name for
             the message being written.

        ADD: Now is possible to change the value of an address in the
             address configuration dialog.

        CHG: The address configuration dialog can now handle fakenet
             addresses for each address. The fakenet, used for 3d
             points, appears between brackets in the address listbox.

        ADD: More flags can be changed in the user editor.

        FIX: The user names can now be changed without problem, with the
             user editor.

        ADD: Message and file areas can now be moved to another location
             in the area's list. After pressing the 'Move' button in the
             editor choose the are AFTER which the current area should
             be moved and press the 'Ok' button.

        CHG: The menu structure was changed. Now it should be more
             intuitive to use.

        FIX: The netmail export routine was partially rewritten. Now it
             should be more fast and realiable than before, but there
             may be some problems due to the rewritten sections.

        ADD: Two parameters to the LFILE command line options:

             -S<c> = Set the character that should be used as the
                     identifier for a multiline description when
                     creating the files.bbs files from the database (-E
                     option).
                     Default > (greater-than).

             -C<n> = Set the column at which the multiline description
                     should begin when creating the files.bbs files from
                     the database. 0=leftmost column.
                     Default 1.

        FIX: The key field of a message or file area can now be changed
             correctly.

        FIX: EMSI sequence detection that prevents D'Bridge system to
             successfully establish an EMSI session.

        FIX: The outbound directory can be located off the root
             directory, for example C:\OUTBOUND is now correctory
             handled.

        FIX: LFILE -i now is a bit more flexible when reading a
             multiline description from the files.bbs files. The
             description identifiers are now the > (greather-than) and |
             (pipe) characters.

         Changes in version 2.99.34                                   
        

        FIX: Message area not selected when a new user logs in or the
             last area visited by the user doesn't exist anymore.

        ADD: Support for the Hudson (QuickBBS) message base format, with
             support for multiple message bases.

        FIX: Bug when parsing the date in Fido *.MSG messages generated
             by programs such MAKENL. Lora can now parse dates with the
             following formats: 15 Jan 97  23:30:11 (Fido standard)
                                Wed 15 Jan 97 23:30 (MAKENL).

        ADD: Where there are no more messages to read, the message
             reader play a sound when pressing the RIGHT or LEFT arrow
             and opens the message area selection dialog.

        ADD: With the CTRL-LEFT ARROW and CTRL-RIGHT ARROW keys is now
             possible to read through a reply-linked chain of messages
             with the message reader.

        ADD: The message reader can now process the message flags when
             writing a new message.

        ADD: Support for the lexit*.* file. The file has the format:
             lexit<task>.<errorlevel> and should be created in the same
             directory where Lora is started. This file causes the line
             number <task> to exit with the errorlevel <errorlevel> and
             immediately deleted. Example: lexit1.10.

        FIX: Bug when the nodelist compiler had to apply more than one
             nodediff at a time.

        FIX: The nodelist compiler is working again.

        CHG: The dupe checker is now limited to the last 1000 messages
             instead of 2000. This should improve the mail processing
             performance on slow machines. The existing files dupes.dat
             and dupes.idx should be deleted before using the mail
             processor.

        CHG: The ^a sequence doesn't display the 'Press enter to
             continue' message, but simply wait for the enter key to be
             pressed. To display the message the correct sequence is
             ^a^a.

        ADD: The external file 'timewarn.bbs' will be displayed to the
             user if he/she can't use all the time available due to a
             scheduled event.

        ADD: The external file 'birthday.bbs' will be displayed to the
             user if today is his/her birthday.

        FIX: The event scheduler now should work correctly.

        CHG: When executing an external program from the event scheduler
             or from the 'Run external program' menu command, the log
             file is closed.

        ADD: A new set of default menus was added, including a set
             translated to italian.

        CHG: The language file was changed and extended a bit. Please
             use the new language files if you are upgrading from one of
             the previous releases.

        CHG: The login procedure was fixed and extended with few other
             configuration options. The BBS -> New users dialog was
             changed also.

        ADD: Support for direct reading of Maximus' .mec files. Not all
             the keywords are yet supported (see the documentation).

        ADD: Support for an external fullscreen editor.

        ADD: Support for an external mailer front-end.

        ADD: LMSG now can reply-link messages in any message base that
             support this feature. The -L command line parameter is now
             working.

        ADD: The following message areas menu commands where added:

        CHG: The 'bulletin.bbs' file is no more displayed automatically.
             To automatically display a bulletin file you should use the
             'news.bbs' file.

        ADD: The ^OF<file> embedded command. This command sets the On
             Exit filename for the current file. When the current file
             has finished displaying, Lora will display the file
             indicated by <file>.

        ADD: The 'Rescan ECHOmail area' menu item is now working.

        ADD: The 'New ECHOmail link' menu item is now working.

        ADD: 'Max msgs. per session' in the Global -> Internet Options
             menu. This parameter define the maximum number of messages
             that can be retrived when processing usenet newsgroups
             areas with the mail processor.

        ADD: 'Reload log file' option in the Global -> General Options
             menu. The reload of the last portion of the log file is now
             disabled by default.

        ADD: 'Generate PROCESS.LOG file' option in the Global -> General
             Options menu. The generation of the PROCESS.LOG file during
             the mail processing is now disabled by default.

        ADD: Import from bad messages. Available from the System -> Mail
             menu.

        FIX: The navigation commands from the 'Search messages' menu
             commands are working correctly after the end of the
             messages.

        FIX: Message reading problems from the BBS.

        FIX: LFILE should now skip any header informations when
             importing files.bbs files into the filebase.

        FIX: The 'Mail only' flag in the event scheduler is now working
             correctly.

        ADD: The newsgroups handler has a timeout of 60 seconds while
             reading messages from the news server. If the timeout
             expires the reading fails.

        FIX: Addresses in the origin line when editing a message with
             the Message Reader.

        ADD: 'Origin Lines' item in the Manager menu. This dialog allows
             you to define your origin lines by editing the origin.txt
             file located in the system directory.

        ADD: Custom origin lines for each message area. The <DEFAULT>
             entry in the listbox translates to the 'System Name'
             defined in the configuration. The <RANDOM> entry picks an
             origin line on a random basis by reading the file
             origin.txt in the system directory.

        ADD: Accelerator keys (Alt-xx). Take a look at the pull-down
             menus to know what accelerators are available.

        ADD: Modem / Answer Now item. This item forces Lora to send the
             answer command to the modem.

        ADD: The message reader now display the message's flags.

        FIX: The answer control options are now working correctly.

        FIX: Minor bug in the date decoding for the AdeptXBBS message
             base.

        ADD: The 'Send file(s)' item in the System menu is now working.

        ADD: Double click on a node in the outbound window will display
             the outbound manager for that node.

        FIX: The outbound dialer now go to the next node eligible for
             call if the current node is busy or cannot answer.

        FIX: The dialer mark a node undialiable when reaches the maximum
             attempts defined for the current event.

        ADD: The message reader now uses the 'Reply-To' field (if
             present) when answering to an internet e-mail message.

        FIX: The message reader corectly uses the address defined in the
             message areas configuration when entering or replying to a
             message.

        ADD: Configuration dialog for the FAX options in the Global
             pull-down menu.

        FIX: Fax receiveing routines. Now faxes are correctly received
             in raw FAX format with the name FAX<#><page>.FAX, where <#>
             is the received FAX number (starting from 1 up to 999),
             <page> is the page number (one file per page).
