Description: A friend and I experience slowdown when we play modem games of Red Alert on large
maps with 4 players, and this led me to begin designing a small map that could
cater for four players, while having the obvious speed benefits of a 64 x 64 map.
This was no small feat. I tried to fit an immense amount of detail into this map,
and I belive it is very pleasing to the eye, with an big river network and
underground rivers with ridges and shores. I could not find any tile mismatches.

I tried not to give tank rushers too much
power, although on a small map like this, that is difficult to achieve. There are
about 3 entrances into each person's area, with some destructable bridges. Being
an island, an obvious tactic that I tried to implement is to build a naval yard
and use transports to land troops in the back of their base, if you are not crushed
early on. This map obviously doesnt have the charm and space of the large maps,
although there is a good amount of space for each persons base. If played right and
defense is established early, naval superiority could win the day.. but there are
plenty of very narrow sections along the coast where the allied ships could be eaten
             up by Soviet submarines...

On a final note, this is not a map for newbies. Particually at the start, the action
is fast and furious... a good turret defense will help, and a fast builder who knows
what he/she is doing will have the advantage. This is my first ever RA map.

Authors Note: This map may be distributed freely, as long as this txt file is provided with it
UNCHANGED. Authors MAY NOT use this map as a base for building other maps, but I
will provide a small island 64x64 base map at my homepage:
Comments about this map are welcome and appreciated! I will probably create another
map in the near future, size of yet is undetermined. If I recieve enough complaints
about the map, I may release a revised version later.

RAMA Note: I give permission for this map to be reviewed.
