This is a DEATHMATCH ONLY mod that makes the notorious map "end" exitable
(which it normally is not in deathmatch).  The only file included (aside
from this one) is the new "oldone.qc" file.  I assume you know how to
integrate and compile this.

What happens is that before removing Shub, a new entity will be put near the
ceiling of the small, hard-to-access room that contains the quad (the secret
room).  This entity (a spiked sphere, ala the Vore's missile) hovers at the
top of the room, mindlessly spinning and firing deadly lightning in random
directions.  The sphere has 20000 hit points (about 50 quad rockets will
take it out).  Its rotation and lightning frequency (and damage) are
directly proportional to its remaining hit points.  When it is killed, the
level ends.  The next level is hard-coded to be "start".

You can make up a cute story for your players about it, or use mine:

"While not plotting world conquest, Shub enjoys brooding over the bloody
wars of mortals.  She never intervenes in the battles, but delights in
snatching the souls of freshly slain, once mighty soldiers.  These
unfortunate ghosts are enslaved in her ominous soul sphere, which she
keeps safely hidden in a small room behind her unholy dais.  Destroying
her soul sphere, while rumored impossible, would release the scores of
plundered souls from their vile prison.  They would surely show their
gratitude by helping their savior escape Shub's barren hell and return
to Earth."
