This package contains the Personal Productitity Desktop Power Tools
Calendar Version 2.14, by Mountain View Group.  This document contains
only a brief description of the package and its features, along
with instructions for its installation.

Desktop Power Tools Calendar is a shareware program.  This evaluation
version includes all features of the program, and is not crippled
in any way.  You may use it for up to 30 days, without charge.

If you like the program, and wish to continue its use after this
evaluation period, you are required to pay for the program Any fee you
may have paid to others (disk vendors, dealers, etc.) to obtain this
evaluation version was a fee for their copying and distribution services,
rather than a payment for continued use of the program.

This version of the installation package is intended to be installed from
a single disk.  This software is contained on a 1 disk set MVG1121Z.ZIP.

A multi-disk file install is also available 
Disk #1	MVG1121A.ZIP    Disk #2 MVG1121B.ZIP

Before you begin the installation please verify that you have a complete
copy of the software.


===== Installation =====================================

To Install this software you must be using Windows95 or WindowsNT

To install from diskette, insert disk #1 

1)  Click on 'My computer'

2)  Click on the Diskette Drive 

3)  Click on setup

To install downloaded files from the hard disk

1)  Create a directory on your hard disk
           EX:  C:\Temporary Installation

2)  Copy all of the files from the distribution media to this directory
	or download to this directory.

3)  UnZip the files stored in a ".zip"  format

4)  Double click on the set-up program icon

5)  After the installation completes the tempory directory may
    be deleted.

NOTE: If you should wish to uninstall this software please be advised
      that it uses shared libraries in the windows directory.  Deleting
      these shared DLL's and OCX's may cause other software on your
      machine to stop working.

ALWAYS BACK UP YOUR SYSTEM INCLUDING THE SYSTEM REGISTRY BEFORE INSTALLING
