Changes from WRDGRB v1.11 to v1.2

Double clicking on a basename -- the part before the dot and
extension -- in a directory listing highlights the entire
       filename.

The mouse cursor jumps to one space past any word selected by
double clicking. Then you can deselect characters from the end
of the word by moving the cursor back toward the beginning of the
word while continuing to hold down the left mouse button. This
is one way to choose just the basename. You could also drag the
mouse over the basename, backspace over the extension and dot on
the command line, or turn off this feature by setting
DblClkEntireName=NO in the [Defaults] section of WRDGRB.INI.

WRDGRB can be invoked with nearly any hot key. These hot keys
must include at least one of the <Ctrl>, <Alt>, <Left shift>, and
<Right shift> keys and may contain a letter. For example, you
may select pressing both shift keys without also pressing a
letter. (It is not advisable to choose <Ctrl>-C.)

The switch /I allows running WRDGRB off a CD-ROM. With it, the
location of the initialization (.INI) file can be specified to be
any write-able media, such as a hard disk. Note that WRDGRB
requires that your computer have a hard disk labeled C:.

If the mouse was double clicked on a space just before a word,
the space and the word was highlighted. This bug has been fixed.

Changes from WRDGRB v1.1 to v1.11

VENDOR.TXT was replaced with VENDINFO.DIZ, which is a structured
file for conveying much more information to vendors and users.

Changes from WRDGRB v1.0 to v1.1

Permanent memory use was reduced from 42K to 23K!!

The /N switch suppresses instructions for activating WRDGRB so
that its display takes one line instead of four. This is helpful
if you decide to load WRDGRB when there is text near the top of
the screen that you want to copy and paste.

Default command-line options or data can be set in WRDGRB.INI.

The mouse cursor is revived about once a second to handle the
screen scrolling from the time WRDGRB is activated to the time
text is highlighted. For example, you may wish to keep WRDGRB
active with the mouse cursor in the upper right corner.

The unload display now shows either "unloaded" or "trying" within
a second. "Trying" will be changed to either "unloaded" or
"deactivated" within another 1 1/2 seconds.

The program is now in two files: WRDGRB.EXE and WGINIT.EXE.

The other new files are README.TXT, WHATSNEW.TXT (this file), and
VENDOR.TXT (distribution and charging permission for vendors,
       etc.).
