   Windows NT 3.1
                                                                    v2.00

Microsoft Windows* NT v3.1 Installation Notes for Artisoft's
      NodeRunner Pro(TM) LAN Adapter

      Location of Driver: \NT\31\EPRONT.SYS

      General Installation
      --------------------

If you have a Plug and Play BIOS, make sure you DISABLE Plug and
Play on your adapter using NProSet (Advanced Options menu). NT may
not be able to find your adapter if Plug and Play is enabled. NT
doesn't support Plug and Play (it doesn't support a Configuration
      Manager.)

1 Use either NProSet or FlashSet to configure the adapter before
running NT setup. Make sure you write down the IRQ and I/O
         address settings.

2 In NT, select the Network icon in the Control Panel, and then
         select Add Adapter.

3 A list of available adapters displays. The NodeRunner Pro
adapter driver doesn't ship with NT 3.1, so select "<Other>" at
         the end of the list.

4 Insert the NodeRunner Pro adapter disk and press enter.

5 Enter "A:\NT\31" for the path. This is where the driver
EPRONT.SYS and setup file OEMSETUP.INF are located.

6 Change the adapter settings to agree with the settings in
         NProSet or FlashSet.

The Interrupt value should match the IRQ value, and the I/O Port
should match the I/O address. DO NOT change the I/O Channel
         Ready setting.

7 NT Setup then performs the binding process. If you installed any
additional network software options (for example, Client
Services for NetWare), you may be prompted for specific
         information for these options.

8 Restart NT when prompted. Use the File Manager to connect to the
         network.
