      Hints and Tips
      --------------

      1 Parameters for the PROTOCOL.INI file:

         DRIVERNAME: This is the one required parameter. See example at
         top of this document for syntax.

         IOADDRESS: This is the base I/O address for the NodeRunner Pro
         adapter. Use NProSet to identify the I/O address the board is
         set at. If you are using multiple boards in one machine, make
         sure you specify the correct IOADDRESS for each board.

         INTERRUPT: <optional> This is the system interrupt that the
         adapter uses. If a value is specified and it is different from
         what the card is currently set to, this parameter will OVERRIDE
         whatever is in the EEPROM.

      2 Sample PROTOCOL.INI for LAN Manager:

         [PROTMAN]
         DRIVERNAME = PROTMAN$
         DYNAMIC = YES
         PRIORITY = NETBEUI

         [NETBEUI_XIF]
         Drivername = netbeui$
         SESSIONS = 6
         NCBS = 12
         BINDINGS = EPRO_NIF
         LANABASE = 0

         [EPRO_NIF]
         ; PROTOCOL.INI section for the Artisoft NodeRunner Pro
         ; Adapter

         IOADDRESS = 0x300
         DRIVERNAME = EPRO$
