Here is a partial list of the changes included in this maintenance
  release:

    1. A number of accerator keys have been implemented. They are identified
       in the appropriate pull-down menus.

    2. Automatic refresh no longer steals focus.

    3. The exit prompt is now optional and the send/cancel confirmation at
       shutdown has been eliminated.

    4. A quick-list address book has been added to the Compose window.

    5. You can now compose a note from a name in the address book by clicking
       on the right mouse button.

    6. Startup command line options have been added. They are:

/r - refresh automatically when started
/s - send automatically when started
/q - quit automatically after (the above) refresh or send

    7. Prompting for printer selection is now optional.

    8. A listbox is used instead of a pull down menu when the number of
       folders exceeds twenty.

    9. A right mouse button menu has been added to the view note window.

    10. Forward and Reply have been added to the inbasket right mouse
        button menu.

    11. The inbasket and folder window can now be moved independently of each
        other.

    12. Many windows within the Post Road Mailer now retain their size
        and position.

    13. Editing of inbasket subject lines is now available from the right
        mouse button menu.

    14. The out-of synch shredder problem has been resolved.

    15. A Recycle connection option has been added to force reconnect after
a specified number of outgoing messages. (This avoids overrunning
the small buffers of some SMTP servers.)

    16. A "Send notes individually" option has been added to allow sending
a note to multiple users without all the addressees appearing in the
        header of the note.

    17. Numeric POP3 and SMTP addresses are now supported.

    18. Bugs have been fixed.
