SwapPaper:

SwapPaper is a variation on NewPaper. It will change your
wallpaper for you as often as wish, even while you are working
in Windows. To set it up properly, you must first make a
directory to hold your wallpapers. After that copy as many
bitmaps into that directory as you would like. Next open
NewPaper's file properties from Program Manager. On the
command line add a number at the end of the line. This number
is the amount of minutes to wait before changing the Wallpaper.
The line should look something like this:

C:\UTILPACK\SWAPAPER.EXE 10

Change the working directory to match the directory where you
have stored your bitmaps. Run the program once by clicking on
it and in a few minutes the paper will change. The next time
you start Windows it will run itself if you put in the StartUp
Group.

SHAREWARE NOTE: A reminder screen will be shown at the
end of every wallpaper cycle.
