QUICKFAX 

    SUMMARY

    QUICKFAX reads messages and converts them into a format  suitable for
    faxing.   QuickFax requires a command line fax software such as QLINK
    (which probably came with your fax card) that is capable of sending a
    FAX via "command-line" functions.  Check your FAX manual for details.

    First create a message area to receive the messages to be faxed.  The
    message area may be in a Fido (*.MSG), Hudson, or Squish format.  You
    may make this message area either local or allow others to  send echo

                           

FILE REQUEST REPORTER

      Know where those files are going.  This is especially useful for
      those sysops that distribute shareware for themselves or others.

      File Request Reporter is a utility for InterMail ND FrontDoor.  
      File Request Reporter will read the log file and make a listing of
      files sent from your system as result of file requests.  Besides 
      keeping a log, a message with the latest information is posted 
      in the Netmail message folder.  Finally it updates the file
      download counters in the files.bbs.

      read the Frontdoor log file and make a listing of files sent to
      you.  Besides keeping a log, a message with the latest
      information is posted in the Netmail message folder or any message
      area.  Support Fido, Hudson, and Squish message bases.

     Now any easy way to manage all those files listings and search for that 
     particular file you need.

     Freq Leech is basically a sysop's and point's utility program that
     can be used to scan multiple bbs files listings and then
     automatically generate a filerequest (freq) for the desired files.
     


INTERMAIL LOG SUMMARY REPORT

 InterMail Log Summary Report (ILSR) is a sysops utility for reading
and extracting information from the log file produced by InterMail. 
ILSR performs many functions that usually require several programs:

  * Creates Report detailing 
        --  Files sent and received
        --  Total of message traffic sent to each node
        --   Average transfer rates 
        --  Cost of Calling other nodes
        --  Total number of BBS calls
        --  Total Number of Mail calls
        --  Number of Connect Failures

  *  Creates a log file suitable for tracking your long distance calls
which  then can be used to verify your monthly phone bill

  *  Creates a report of file requests received and the files sent.  
Additionally the download counters in the files.bbs can be updated
providing a more accurate picture of the files activity. 

  *  All reports can be posted as a netmail or echo message to the
sysop or to whomever the sysop designates

  *  Tracks message traffic and operating costs.  

  *  Creates and sends Cost share billings.  Supports billings based on
actual expenses, expenses plus a basic fee, expenses plus a designated
percentage, or a flat rate. 

  * Supports multiple nodes and can be ran without having to shell out
of or stopping InterMail


TIM {TAG - InterMail Utility}

     TIM is a utility for TAG and Intermail (it can also be used with
the FRONTDOOR program) that will take the name of your last BBS caller
and add it to the LASTCALL FROM: line at the frontend wait screen.

     Even though TIM was originally written for TAG and InterMail support has
been included for other BBS systems including WildCat, Spitfire, and any
BBS system that will generate a DORINFOx.DEF, DOOR.SYS, or SPITFIRE.DAT
file during the user logoff or logon on procedure.

  WHAT IS TUT?

     TIM is a utility for TAG that will generate a report of the BBS
     activity and post it as a message to the sysop.  This message can
     be posted as a netmail message or as an echomail.  Message formats
     supported include FIDO, HUDSON, and JAM.
     
     TIM give you the options of three different types of reports.  The 
     SUMMARY Report provides End-of-Day stats, Count of Door Use, and
     Illegal Logon information.  The EXPANDED Report provides all the 
     SUMMARY information plus a listing of files downloaded and
     uploaded. The COMPLETE Report provides SUMMARY and EXPANDED information 
     plus User Information.
 
 
 GOGET
 
      Goget is a file and message butler that can be used to poll for files
     or mail, post messages, or send files either from the commandline or
     in a batchfile.  So how is GOGET different from the other robots?
     Goget supports Fido (*.msg), Hudson, and Squish style messages bases.
     I had used many of the others but always found I need at least two to
     handle both netmail and echomail, hence GOGET.
