Note Owner's Manual

Seller-carryback mortgages (notes) are created when the seller of a
property agrees to take payments from a buyer in lieu of all or part
of the down payment, or to substitute for bank financing. This Windows
help file and Write document explains in detail how to understand the
terms and conditions of seller-carryback financing, how to structure
the deal to your best advantage, what to do if the buyer defaults,
and how to convert your mortgage to instant cash if desired. If you
own a note, or are thinking of creating one to sell your house, this
manual is a must!
