   What We Are...programming philosophy

Americana's programming always appeals to those proud Americans
who believe in the worthy and "life-positive" aspects of our country.
The network-your network, allows viewers to experience the patchwork
of cultures which, when pieced together form the tapestry that is
America. Focus in on the best of our country's rich heritage-the
scenery, the arts and crafts, the favorite pastimes and age-old stories,
and of course, the music...keeping the beat and motivating the soul.
Combine bluegrass, folk, jazz, blues, gospel, mountain and the
familiar beat known as "country". Add beautiful settings, fascinating
interviews and human touches and you've got the Americana Television
   Network.
Rely on Americana for "sensible" telvision programming you can
not only see and hear; but, touches you and awakens your feelings of
pride in America. That's Americana, and in today's world of television,
   that's something to celebrate.
Americana-television you can trust from people who care.
