Rip Header and Footer for Weather 1.13 - 01/08/94

These files can be placed into the Weather.cfg by using using a
suitable text editor that allows cut and paste operations. One
such suitable editor is the DOS EDIT found in in DOS versions
5 and above. Open the file with Edit, highlight the file contents,
use the command COPY to cut it to the clipboard, open the file
Weather.cfg, and place between the header or footer start and
stop lines toward the bottom of the file.

The HEADER.RIP file is a header the simply states:
"Current Local Weather Forecast"

The FOOTHELO.RIP has the Wildcat @BBS@ to place your BBS name into the
footer as well as a @PAUSE@, and a continue button to move onto the
next hello screen.

The FOOTBULL.RIP has the Wildcat @BBS@ to place your BBS name into the
footer as has a button that allows you to relist the bulletin menu.

The use of the RIP header and footer in the weather.cfg poses a problem
as with this method, Weather will only generate a RIP screen. If you are
currently offering both Rip and ANSI screens, then generate a weather
file without and headers and footers and then use the copy command to copy
the weather file to the header, and then the footer to the appended file.
You can also do this with ANSI headers and footers. The command would be:

                   COPY HEADER.RIP+WT-XXXXX.DLY+FOOTER.RIP

This will leave you with a file called HEADER.RIP that can be renamed to what
ever file that you are currently displaying as the weather. Your header file
should be copied to a temporary directory, first and then the other files
copied to the header, otherwise, your header will become 'corrupted' with
additional data.

Two additional files are also included that are a ANSI header and footer that
may be edited with a text editor to place your BBS name.
