These five files comprise the demo version of "DOS, Simply
Said, Simply Done, Simply Easy!", which is a hypertext DOS
manual. "Simply" is aimed mainly at beginners, but since
it covers most topics more thoroughly than most books, and
since you keep it on your computer where it's always handy
when you need to look something up real quick, it's also
good for even the most experienced DOS user. And it cov-
ers all DOS versions, not just the most recent. The June,
          1993 version is current through MS-DOS 6.0 and PC-DOS 5.0,
and we're working on updating it for MS-DOS 6.2 and PC-DOS
6.3. Our goal for the availability of that new version is
February, 1994, and purchasers of the current version may
have that update at no charge when it's ready.

To run this demo, just put the .EXE file and the .HYP file
and the .INX file into the same directory, make that your
current directory, and type SIMPLYD1 and hit your <enter>
key. Everything after that is self-explanatory.

This demo version may be freely distributed as long as all
five files stay together. The full version requires an
IBM-compatible computer with a hard drive or high density
          floppy drive.
