person,  for  testing. We do not answer any questions rec'vd  on  that  fax

     We  need more information to answer your question.  Please state  your

modem  Model,  Serial  Number (on Bottom of externals,  chrome  Bracket  of

internals,  in  battery  Compartment of pocket),  Software  Name  (you  are

using),  Version  & Date, and summary of the problem  with  some  pertinant

details.  All FAX software requires a Hard Drive and will not work  from  a

floppy.  Include  your FAX number & Address in case you need  some  update

mailed to you..

      Please  type ATi3 ( AT 'eye' 3 ) in terminal mode to get ROM  version

of Modem &     >> if internal which COMport did you set via jumpers? <<
