                                       only necessary files for distribution.

DESCRIBE IT is a new type of program based on a very simple idea, that
keywords can be associated with a file name and be useful not only to find
a file but also for putting files in an hierarchical organization. With
four (32byte) keywords and a (256byte) description associated with any file,
you can distinguish single files and groups of files(having the same keyword)
from the thousands of other files on your hard drives. When it is time to
discard old files from a hard drive, after having used the keyword "April93"
on all uploads to your BBS arriving that month, DESCRIBE IT will find every
one of these files. Any notes about a file that you want saved can be placed
in the files description. Once found, the file can be viewed by launching
any one of up to nine user provided Windows programs while inside Describe It.
Sysops who register DESCRIBE IT get a $10 discount from the regular $25
registration fee. Just write the name and phone number of your BBS on the
 order form.
If you have any questions I may be reached on Compuserve at Member
Number 72640,120 or by fax or phone at 707-874-3922. I'm not always in the
office so Compuserve and fax is best.

 Thank you for your time.

 Sincerely,
