                         TRACK MEETS

     For years, everyone thought that the
four-minute mile was a [adjective] dream.
Now every Tom, Dick, and [silly first name]
can run the mile in four minutes due to new
training methods.  Distance runners have to give up
[verb ending in "ing"] and [verb ending in "ing"].
They have to eat plenty of [food] and lots of fresh
[color] vegetables.  Then they must practice.  Every
morning they [verb (present tense)] until they're
exhausted.  Then they take a [adjective]
shower and do two hours of [verb (present tense)]-ups.
This stregnthens their [plural noun].  [name of person in room] 
has run the mile in less than five minutes, but of 
course he (she) was riding on a [vehicle].
