                            Messaging on this BBS

Pursuant to the Electronic Communications Privacy Act of 1986, 18 U.S.C.
2510 et seq., notice is hereby given that there are no facilities provided
by this system for sending or receiving private or confidential (within the
meaning of this Act) electronic communications.

The operators of this BBS can, and frequently do, read messages left on this
system, including so-called "private" messages addressed to persons other
than the System Operators (hereinafter referred to as "Sysops" or "the Sysops"
who are those persons appointed by The Murph Zone BBS, to operate and
maintain this BBS, as well as their agents.]

The Sysops reserve the right to delete any message, regardless of whether
such message has been received by its intended recipient(s), without notice
to its sender of their intention to do so, and without notice to its sender
that they may actually have done so.

The Sysops also reserve the right to change the status of a message
designated by its sender as "private" so that such message is "public" and
visible to all callers. This the Sysops will not do unless they provide
notice to the sender of their intention to do so, and unless the sender
fails to object in a timely fashion. It is the responsibility of message
senders to call in to this BBS on a regular and frequent basis if they have
left "private" messages so as to receive such notices from the Sysops.

Further, the status of any "public" message addressed to an individual may
be changed to "private" whenever, in the sole discretion of the Sysops, it
is believed appropriate to do so. Your use of this BBS for messaging
constitutes your submission to the Sysops' discretion in this regard.
