INSTALLATION:
-------------
Simply copy all 11 URGE-TO-MERGE files to the directory from which you plan
to run the program. The files U2M.CLR and DEFAULTS.PRJ should not have been
distributed with URGE-TO-MERGE. However, if they were, delete them before
running U2M for the first time. U2M uses their absence as a signal to do
so initial setup for your system. After running U2M for the first time,
these files will automatically be re-created for you.

RUNNING URGE-TO-MERGE:
----------------------
You MUST first switch to the directory where you installed it, and then run
 the U2M.EXE program from there.

DEPENDENCIES:
-------------
If you do not specify your own editor, filer and user utility routines
in the configuration file, URGE-TO-MERGE will assume the following
(for the 'edit file', 'filer' and 'DBF Program' commands):

  1. The file COMMAND.COM exists in a directory pointed to by your DOS PATH
     statement!
  2. You have an editor called EDIT.EXE (such as the DOS v5.0 full screen
editor) in a directory pointed to by your DOS PATH statement!

If you are planning to use URGE-TO-MERGE with Source Documents that were
created by an editor or word-processor that places formatting information
within the document (i.e. you are using something other than a simple
ascii text editor), you should read the section in the manual entitled
'When Your Source Document Contains Formatting Information...'.
