The Lonestar Nine Ball League is a managed league to promote
an organized forum for playing competitive and enjoyable nine 
ball pool. Nine ball is one of the fastest growing sports in 
America, and the Lonestar Directors are proud promote the game 
in your neighborhood. The Lonestar Nine Ball League is sanctioned 
by the Billiard Congress of America (BCA).
The 1992 Fall League is played on Monday evenings with play
starting at 8:00 pm at Hitch Hikers Family Pool Hall. Free game
practice is permitted from 7:00 pm prior to the evenings match.
Teams comprise five players (with up to two alternates), and all
players must be current members of the BCA.
Each player contributes $8.00 for each week of play. At the end
of the season, all teams will receive cash prizes a commensurate
with their standing in the league.  The better the team, the greater
the reward. There will be trophies for the top teams and players.
There will be a special end-of-season party where these prizes and
trophies will be awarded.
All team members are eligible to play in the "BCA National Individual
and All-American Team Tournaments" at the Sahara Hotel,
Las Vegas, Nevada.
