      Title: Walnut Fudge Ring

      Yield: 12 servings

      8 oz Semisweet choc. chips
      8 oz Butterscotch Chips
      3 tb Butter
      2 c  Sugar
      8 oz Condensed milk
      1 ts Vanilla
        pn Salt
      1 c  Miniature marshmallows
      2 c  Chopped Walnuts

  Place chocolate and butterscotch chips in double boiler over medium heat.
  Stir frequently and remove form burner when thoroughly melted (about 5
  minutes).  In a separate pot, warm butter, sugar, condensed milk,
  vanilla, and salt on medium-low heat.  Simmer slowly, stirring for several
  minutes until mixture is smooth.  Add melted chocolate and butterscotch
  mixture; stir.  Let mixture harden slightly for 1 to 2 minutes, then add
  marshmallows; stir.  Pour into a bundt pan.  Let cool before cutting.
