      Title: TOFU MAYONNAISE
 Categories: Diabetic, Dressing, Low-cal
      Yield: 24 servings

      1 c  Drained, mashed tofu
      2 tb Vinegar
      1 ts Dijon mustard
      1 ts Soy sauce
      1 ts Dried parsley
    1/2 ts Garlic powder
    1/2 ts Salt

  Combine ingredients in container of blender or food processor.  Process
  about 1 min. until smooth or beat ingredients together.  Place in a
  screw-top jar.  Store, covered in the refrigerator up to 4 weeks.

  Makes 1 1/2 cups, 24 servings of 1 tbsp, 1 g protein, 4 calories 1++ extra
