MMMMM----- Recipe via UNREGISTERED Meal-Master (tm) v8.01

      Title: Rosy Peach Sherbet
 Categories: Desserts, Frozen
      Yield: 1 quart

      2 lg Fresh peaches
      2 ts Lemon juice
    2/3 c  Sugar
      2    To 3 cups milk

  Scrub peaches, cut and remove pits. You may peel them if desired, but
  then it won't be "rosy." Place in jar of blender. Add lemon juice,
  sugar, and 1 cup milk. Blend till smooth. Add milk till mixture
  measures 4 cups. Blend to mix that in. Churn freeze. Makes 1 quart.

  To substitute mango, use 1 large, peeled, pitted mango, or 2 small
